Your personal data is processed on the legal basis of consent (when you submit a form) and legitimate interest (for website analytics and service improvement). We use your information exclusively for the purposes of responding to your inquiries, delivering contracted services, maintaining communication regarding ongoing projects, and complying with legal and tax obligations under Spanish and European Union law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as cloud hosting providers, email delivery services, and payment processors, all of whom are contractually bound to protect your data in accordance with GDPR requirements. II. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of all services provided by NodeVantas, registered at Calle Reyes Católicos, 24, 18001 Granada, Granada, Spain. By engaging our services, submitting a consultation request, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
All services provided by NodeVantas are delivered according to the scope, timeline, and pricing specified in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or project proposals issued to each client. These proposals become legally binding agreements upon written acceptance by both parties. NodeVantas reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing structures, and terms at any time, though such changes will not affect previously accepted engagements.
Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, NodeVantas assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, source code, configurations, design assets, and documentation directly to the Client. NodeVantas retains no rights over completed deliverables after final payment. However, NodeVantas reserves the right to use anonymized case studies, aggregated performance metrics, and general architectural patterns for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless explicitly objected to in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for project delivery. Delays caused by client-side information gaps may result in adjusted timelines without affecting the agreed pricing. All project deliverables undergo quality assurance testing before handover. Clients have a 14-day review period following delivery to report defects or request reasonable adjustments within the original scope.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is obligated to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. NodeVantas will deliver all completed work-in-progress materials within 7 business days of termination notice. Confidential information exchanged during the engagement remains protected under the confidentiality provisions outlined below and survive termination of the agreement.
IV. Refund & Reimbursement Policy
NodeVantas, registered at Calle Reyes Católicos, 24, 18001 Granada, Granada, Spain, stands behind the quality of our cloud engineering, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or reimbursements may be issued for services rendered.
For fixed-price projects defined in an accepted Statement of Work, clients may request a full refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of project initiation and before any substantive work has commenced. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the Client is entitled to a proportional refund based on the percentage of undelivered milestones, calculated against the total project value. Work completed and delivered prior to the cancellation request is non-refundable.
For monthly retainer agreements such as the 24/7 Infrastructure SLA service, clients may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refund is provided for the current billing cycle in which the cancellation notice is given, but no further charges will be incurred. Refunds for retainer services are calculated on a pro-rata basis for any prepaid period extending beyond the 30-day notice window.
In the unlikely event that delivered work materially fails to meet the specifications agreed upon in the Statement of Work, the Client must submit a written defect report within 14 days of delivery. NodeVantas will investigate the claim and, if substantiated, will either remedy the deficiency at no additional cost or issue a partial refund proportional to the affected scope. Disputes arising from refund requests will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Spain and the European Union.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. NodeVantas reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative costs from refund amounts where applicable. This refund policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU directive 2011/83/EU.
